David Sincere: The Journey of a South Jamaica Native to a Renowned Choreographer
David Sincere, a native of South Jamaica Queens, has come a long way from his humble beginnings. His passion for the arts began at a young age, and he has since become a renowned dancer and choreographer in the entertainment industry. David’s story is one of perseverance, talent, and dedication.
At just 8 years old, David landed his first leading role in the music video “Wishing on a Star” as a young Jay-Z. The video has since been featured in the Book of Hov exhibit at the Brooklyn library, solidifying David’s place in the entertainment industry. As a teenager, David’s love for dance flourished, leading him to train at prestigious institutions such as the Edge School of the Arts, Dance Theater of Harlem, and Alvin Ailey Summer Camp.
David’s passion and dedication to dance led him to found the hip-hop dance company Queenz Finest in high school. The group quickly gained notoriety for their innovative choreography and dynamic performances, winning numerous competitions across all five boroughs of New York. Queenz Finest also made appearances on popular shows such as BET’s “106 N’ Park” and NBC’s “Showtime at the Apollo,” among others.
David’s talent as a choreographer opened many doors for him, and he eventually became a renowned dancer and choreographer in the entertainment industry. He continues to inspire young artists and dancers with his passion and dedication to his craft.
