How Artist and Producer Caleb Hedberg aka Kiwi Keeps His Content Fresh
Caleb Hedberg also known as Kiwi is a hip-hop artist and producer from Wisconsin who has exploded onto the scene in the last few years producing for artists like Pop Smoke, YK Osiris, and Lil Tjay. He currently has two triple platinum songs, a platinum single, and a few gold and platinum albums. Kiwi gave up a chance to play college basketball in order to commit to music full time and his risks have paid off. Now, as he works on some unnamed projects with some big artists, he strives to keep his work consistent and engaging. Kiwi explained his daily schedule stating, “I wake up and make beats most days. I’m always trying to improve my sound and listen to new or underground artists.” This keeps Kiwi on top of rising talent he could work with, new sounds, and the general pulse of the industry. It also has allowed him to work with a network of other producers for his own music such as KC Supreme, Taz Taylor, Dizzy Bank, The Beat Menace, Sean Momberger, and more. As he works on future production projects and his own song releases, he hopes to keep making music that is “passionate, clear, and diverse” and continues to connect with audiences.
