Philadelphia’s very own Kai Benji has just dropped a brand new album that is set to take the music scene by storm. Titled “Nostalgia“, the album spans a whopping 21 tracks in length, showcasing Kai Benji’s undeniable versatility as an artist. From heartfelt ballads to hard-hitting rage bangers, and even electronic-based house tracks, “Nostalgia” has a little bit of everything for every kind of listener. The project also features Yung Kweez, Fyd Shizz and Moodooski on the latter half of the album, each artist contributing their own bit of flavour to the overall creative vision.

Kai Benji, who has been making music since the 5th grade, has poured his heart and soul into “Nostalgia”, and this experience is evident throughout the project. His unique sound and creative approach to each track are truly admirable, and it’s safe to say that “Nostalgia” is a testament to his growth and development as an artist. Personally, I’ve found it tough to truly enjoy listening to full-length projects lately, but “Nostalgia” is a carefully composed body of work which I enjoyed from top-to-bottom.

One standout track on the album that has caught my attention was “Designer Fine“. This track boasts insane production, and Kai Benji’s delivery is nothing short of exceptional, both of these elements perfectly complement one another. The energy and vibe that he brings to the track is infectious. It’s almost like ‘jersey club’ meets ‘electronic house’ combining together to create a new unique sound that I’m sure will resonate with listeners.

Kai Benji’s ability to switch up his style and flow throughout the album is truly impressive. He effortlessly goes from delivering hard-hitting bars to singing soulful melodies, and it’s clear that he has honed his craft to perfection. “Nostalgia” is a project that is not only musically diverse but also emotionally impactful, with Kai Benji’s introspective and relatable lyrics that will resonate with listeners on a deeper level.

Overall, “Nostalgia” is an outstanding body of work from an artist who has undoubtedly put in the work to establish himself as one of the most promising acts in the game. Kai Benji’s passion for music shines through on every track, and it’s exciting to see where his career will take him next. If you haven’t already, do yourself a favor and give “Nostalgia” a listen. You won’t be disappointed. I attached links to the project, as well as the music video for the single “pray for me”. Thanks for reading!
