What You Mean! Takes Keeta and Swagtastic A New Direction!

Over the last year, we’ve seen a sudden rise in rage instrumentals across music. Although used before Carti, it’s pretty safe to say albums like WLR have really helped popularise this sub-genre in hip-hop.
Kentucky artist Keeta has taken the Rage and virtual sound to create “what you mean!” with ‘sillyteam‘ member Swagtastic. This song is pretty different from what you can usually expect from Keeta, but the song comes out like he’s been doing this style for years. This is also a new style for artist Swagtastic who compliments the song perfectly with clean transitions between the two.
Keeta is probably best known for his youtube type beats, creating a name for himself with the Osquinn and Novagang sound that started to get more widely known last year. Only in the last month have I become aware of his own music and have been pretty impressed so far.
I’m ready to hear more of this sound from the two artists. I want to see a new direction they can take with this sub-genre and hopefully take it to the next level.
