Nick Souza Continues Hot 2022 With ‘PERREO’
Rising hip-hop artist Nick Souza’s career began in his university dorm room, where he first started recording his debut EP and single. Both projects were released in 2019.
Fast forward a couple of years later, and Nick Souza has elevated to a whole new level. Souza recently won Best Rap/Hip Hop Performance at the 2022 International Portuguese Music Awards for his single ‘Light Show.’
Now, Nick Souza is back in the spotlight with the release of his single ‘PERREO,’ a protest of the strict regulations during the COVID-19 pandemic that kept everyone isolated and inside. ‘PERREO’ marks Souza’s second attempt at integrating a more Latin sound into his catalog.
The new single was released in celebration of everything opening back up, and it has already taken off in the club scene.
