Right from the jump the song starts with a smooth soulful sample played in reverse. A beat that you might find the likes of BRYSON TILLER singing over. But don’t get it twisted, JAMES REY has his own unique style and sound. His voice pairs perfectly on this type of ambient production. The song has a laid back spacey vibe. The most appealing part of JAMES REY’S music is his ability to make things sound effortless. His singing sounds like it’s second nature. Honestly JAMES REY could probably sing over noises made by a blender and make it sound good. His delivery is constantly changing throughout the course of the track in the most entertaining ways. Switching melodies from one catchy flow to the next. The production becomes white noise in the background as JAMES REY takes control with the most unique performance.
