Toronto Artist Everett Champion Releases New Single “IDK”

Every now and then it’s good for me to clear my mind from listening to pure gangsta rap, and dive into something more laid back. I’d like to introduce you guys to Everett Champion who is honestly one of the most talented and original artists I’ve come across in a minute. He just released a brand new single titled “IDK” and I’ve had it on repeat all day. Everett merges a chill indie rock production with passionate lyricism, to create a really relaxed sound that will have you in your feels immediately. He details a life of troubled relationships, family life, a fear of the unknown, and what could have been. Overall this song is beautiful.
“IDK” is accompanied by a fire visualizer from Jovy Bergen which suits the theme of the track perfectly. It features a man who is slowly melting, and to me represents all of the struggles that Everett details in “IDK”. I can’t wait for y’all to hear this one.
