An Interview With Artist Manager Jackson Losee

Jackson Losee has been becoming a very reputable name in music – and for good reason. Considering the notable clientele he manages, it’s pretty clear why we had to do this interview. So without further ado, he’s our interview with the soon-to-be mogul himself.

Loading: How’d you get started in music?

Jackson Losee: Tokyos Revenge and I connected when he was at 2k followers. I told him I really like his music and wanted to take a shot at managing him and we worked day after day for months and created something great.

LMG: What’s your favorite song and project that you were involved in?

JL: I think something I always play is Capital 1 by EST Gee, I was in studio with Southside and he asked if I had anyone who made loops, I called Akachi and the beat for that song was done shortly after.

LMG: Why are you so passionate about management?

JL: I like management because I get to talk to every label and artist on a business level and I get to learn more about the industry that way.

LMG: What song did you get a plaque for and how old were you when that happened?

JL: Goodmorningtokyo!” By Tokyos Revenge it went gold when I was 17 and platinum when I was 18.

LMG: What are some of your goals in the music industry?

JL: I want an artist to do the halftime show at a Super Bowl, I know if that gets done a lot of other things have been accomplished.

LMG: If you could make a song with any 3 artists together – dead or alive – who would they be?

JL: Xxxtentacion, Bob Marley, and 50 Cent.
