Texas Rapper YSL Rich Pablo Shot ‘Craps’ With His Ops On Latest Single
18-year-old rapper Texas rapper YSL Rich Pablo is staking his claim as an artist to watch and a problem to his ops on his latest “Craps” single.
Arriving just ahead of YSL Pablo’s upcoming Stunna World album, “Craps” allows Pablo to get in his lyrical stash-bag over the ratcheting highs and ominous 808 drums energizing the screwed-up production.
Falling somewhere between the sound profile of Travis Scott’s Rodeo era and Hodrich Pablo Juan’s designer trap flo, YSL Rich Pablo is drowning in his drip on “Craps” and somehow finds a new way to make a bop out of bringing the racks out. From the moment the beat drops, it’s immediately clear that YSL Rich Pablo is about whatever brings in the dividends as he attacks the rhythm rapping, “Ever since a youngin I been wanted dollars.”
“Craps” is YSL Rich Pablo’s first release in 2021 and follows his breakout year in 2020, fueled by his anthemic, and equally vein “Baguettes” single featuring Tub2x.
Following “Baguettes” YSL Rich Pablo finished off the year strong with his quick-hit four-track King Spider EP.
