OhGeesy & DaBaby Drop Summer Anthem “Get Fly”

Los Angeles’ very own OhGeesy has been one of the west coast’s biggest names since his former group Shoreline Mafia took off in 2017. Since the groups split early last year we haven’t seen much music from him. He’s hinted at a solo album which looks to be coming soon with the release of his highly anticipated single and video titled “Get Fly” with one of rap’s biggest chart topping stars, DaBaby.

“Get Fly” was shot and directed by Austin Simkins and the video leaves a major cinematic feel on the viewer instantly. The track also features production from DA Got That Dope who provides a slick and bouncy instrumental. Its nice to hear both OhGeesy and DaBaby on a new style of instrumental and they both kill it. Both emcees easily do their thing on it and it’s hard to say who had the better verse. Its always dope when two artists you wouldn’t expect to collab come together and make a track as fire as this. The chemistry they have is very apparent and we can only hope we see more tracks from the two in the future. The hype for OhGeesy’s solo album only keeps increasing so we hope it’s coming ASAP!

What’d you think of Ohgeesy’s new single and video? Are you hyped for his solo album? Check out this summer anthem below and let us know what you think!
