Official T-Rob Releases New Music Video “To Be HonesT” With KGVisualz
Official T-Rob, real name Tommy Robinson, is a young artist from Trenton, New Jersey who started off his musical career as a school ‘meme’ with his music. The fact that nobody would take him seriously drove him and his passion to new heights and gave T-Rob the confidence to perform at local talent shows. Fast forward a few years, T-Rob opened up for Fetty Wap in Orlando, despite all the adversity and negativity towards his dream of becoming a professional recording artist. If that’s not inspiring, I don’t know what is.
This week, Official T-Rob shares with us his brand new music video for “To Be HonesT” which was directed by KGVisualz and features the young artist cruising in a slingshot around Florida, while he details his rise to success. T-Rob sampled one of his biggest inspirations XXXTentacion, and the song “Changes” and merged that with a drill-style beat. The production is hard-hitting but yet carries a soft melody, which is accented by T-Rob’s assertive flow and delivery.
