Mont’e Millions also, known as the King of Diamonds or simply Kid Rock Star, is an up-and-coming artist making waves with his unique sound,  dedication, and ethereal way. He is the son of legendary Grammy award-winning artist Betty Wright and the nephew of iconic Blues artist Yvonne Jackson. 

Mont’e has referenced both his aunt and his mother as being some of his biggest influences. He also refers to them as mentors and guides in his journey of musicality. It is why, after his mother passed in May of 2020, Mont’e started The Betty Wright Foundation, which helps assist artists who are striving to get into a Music University.  This endeavor truly matters to Mont’e because it helps commemorate his mother’s memory by helping others on their journey through music the way she helped him. 

According to Mont’e, the foundation is “structured to help aspiring stars who struggle financially to achieve their dreams of going to a Musical University. This organization means a lot to me. It allows me to honor my mother by helping others how she helped me.”

Mont’e has dedicated his life to music. He started singing when he was seven years old, writing songs when Mont’e was twelve, and started his career singing professionally when he was just thirteen years old. Music runs in his blood. Music is the family business, starting from his Grandfather, who played in a gospel quartet, to his aunt, the Blues singer,  and Mother and musical mentor the late-great Betty Wright. From a young age, Mont’e knew music was his destiny. 

The artist is currently blowing up with his track, “Sally,” about his ranch life and horse Sally. The music video presently has over 300K views on youtube and “over 4 million streams in just 4 ½ months.” The song is pure and has this melodic flow that will leave you humming the song hours after listening. 

His sound is unique, blending elements genres to create this R&B, Rap, Gospel, and unparalleled flair. Mont’e Millions set to have a huge year and career to follow, with just his hit single “Sally” alone. The artist, singer, rapper, songwriter, and businessman says he has something coming for his fans.
