Get Familiar With Las Vegas Artist Bennett & His Engaging New Single, “Come Home”
Over the last few years, Las Vegas vocalist Bennett has been developing his talent at a rapid rate. Breaking through as a lyrical rapper, he’s since evolved into a round rounded artist who can sing, rap, produce, engineer and perhaps most importantly, more experienced. Looking to further establish himself as a force to be reckoned with, he checks into our pages for the first time with his infectious new video for, “Come Home.”
Kicking off with an ultra relatable verse from Bennett over crescendoing synths, he immediately establishes empathy from the listener as he talks about longing for a love he lost. As he finishes up the verse, the song then refreshingly drops into a full on dance track, emphasized by the change in wardrobe and scenery in the video. Directed by Lucas O.M. and Dylan Budnieski, the video does a brilliant job bringing the music to life, while also not taking itself too seriously. While Bennett and featured artist Jack Higgins infectiously croon their hearts away, trying to convince lost loves to come back, the video shows them going through a handful of different scenes that include a brilliant shot of them singing the chorus under the rain, creating an absolute moment.
In all, “Come Home,” stands out as Bennett’s most polished release to date, which is saying something considering his young, impressive catalog. Take a peek at the video below and get familiar.
