Geo Mafia & TRIFREEZE Elevate On “Way Up”
A few months back I got put on to Orlando, Florida’s very own Geo Mafia through his standout track on Patrick Cc’s experimental 24 hour Discord project. At the time he went by Lil Igloo and had the only solo track on the album but he deserved it and showed crazy potential for being only 17. Since then I’ve kept an eye on his releases and his newest track produced by TRIFREEZE is the exact potential he had shown earlier fully realized.
“Way Up” is an energetic and immediately catchy and motivating track. The piano driven instrumental provides a perfect backdrop for Geo to lay his vocals on. The way his flow switches back and forth from melodic vocals and faster flows is really unique. It’s easy for it to get stuck in your head. Geo Mafia and TRIFREEZE have great artistic chemistry and I hope we see more tracks from them in the future.
